What You’ll Do:
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, supporting both customers and internal staff
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including calling customers on past-due balances and updating account records
- Assist with bookkeeping and daily financial tasks, including deposits and banking coordination
- Process credit applications and communicate with banks and financial institutions
- Provide administrative support to the office and sales team, including scheduling and tracking team activity
- Maintain accurate records and organized office systems
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and daily tasks
- Support general office operations and step in where needed to keep things running efficiently
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
What You Bring:
- Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, administrative support, or office coordination preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills (this is important for success in this role)
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day
- Professional communication skills, especially over the phone
- Attention to detail with financial and clerical tasks
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
