Leadership Growth Opportunity: This role offers the potential to advance into a management position for the right individual as the department continues to expand. 

Delaware County Supply is a family-owned leader in architectural building materials, proudly serving the Tri-State area for over 100 years. We are seeking a Commercial Estimator who brings experience in hollow metal doors, frames, and commercial hardware and enjoys being involved in projects from pricing through completion.

What You’ll Do 

This role blends detailed estimating with active project involvement: 

• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for commercial hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware 

• Review architectural drawings and specifications to fully understand project scope 

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to develop complete and competitive pricing 

• Support project coordination from award through completion 

• Communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth execution 

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and change orders 

You will play a key role in delivering quality projects while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Experience estimating hollow metal doors, frames, and commercial hardware 

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and commercial specifications 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Clear, professional communication skills 

• A steady, dependable approach with a desire to see projects through successfully
